Description
This rods has the same blank as the 34″ spinning rod. It is longer because it has a longer butt section. This rod was designed for catching big walleye down deep with the JawJacker. I would also recommend it for small to medium sized pike and lake trout. It will easily handle fish in the 5 to 20 lb range. It works well with 8-14 lb test line and will set 3/16 oz. jig heads and up to size 4 treble hooks well in 30-40 feet of water. It falls right between the 31″ spinning rod and 36″ spinning rod in stiffness and hook setting power.
